The Camp bed is an unreleased decorative bed that would have most likely gotten released in either the Digsite, Bedabin Camp, Desert Mining Camp, or Combat Training Camp. As opposed to the other beds placed around Runescape classic, it would not have featured the "rest" command.
The Camp bed has the same examine text as the Digsite bed: Not comfortable but useful nonetheless
