Captain Siad is a level 48 monster who controls the Desert Mining Camp. The player must distract him by getting him to reminisce about his days at sea in order to steal the Technical Plans in the Tourist Trap quest.
He shows an interest in sailing, as indicated by the contents of the bookcase in his office.

Captain Siad is a tan skin toned man with a black beard. He is wearing a purple cape, and wears a yellow Party Hat. He is also wearing yellow pants, a white shirt, and what it is either an iron or steel chainmail. He is also wielding an adamantite sword of some kind.
