Dragon Fire is an attack that every adult dragon has. If an anti-dragon shield is not equipped when first attacked by a dragon this move will inflict very high amounts of damage, and death may follow very quickly.
It is unknown in Runescape lore how dragonfire is produced, though many common theories suggest that it is either produced by magic or by an ignition of gases in the dragon's stomach.
