A Big Net is an item used in the Fishing skill to catch certain types of fish. To use a big net, the player must have it in their inventory and then click on a "net / harpoon" fishing spot. The spots with "net / bait" options are for using the small net and catching different types of fish. The spots are unique and require use of the correct net. Players using a big net can catch between 0 and 4 items per attempt.

• Until level 46 Fishing (the level to catch bass), players will not receive the message for failing to catch a fish, but still need to wait a moment before trying again as if it was displayed.
