Grill is a piece of scenery located in the Black Knight's Fortress, in the basement of the Carnillean house, and in the Underground Pass.
Black Knight's Fortress
It is used during the Black Knight's Fortress to listen to Witchs' plans.
Attempting to listen to the grill before the quest or after having heard the plan produces the message: I can't hear much right now

Two grills can also be seen in the basement of the building where the kidnapped Elena is being held in West Ardougne.

A grill can be seen in the basement of the Carnillean house.
Underground Pass

At the end of the puzzle the Lever (scenery) and cage
During Underground Pass the grills form a kind of puzzle on the ground. The solution to the puzzle is as follows:
- Row 1: 4th tile from the south
- Row 2: 3rd tile from the south
- Row 3: 3rd tile from the south
- Row 4: 2nd tile from the south
- Row 5: 1st tile from the south
Stepping on the wrong grill will cause players to fall down into a pit of spikes and take damage. Afterwards players will crawl out of the bit and be placed at the beginning of the room.
Messages
Stepping onto the wrong grill:
- you step onto the metal grill
- it's a trap
- you fall onto a pit of spikes
- you crawl out of the pit
- and off the metal grill
Stepping onto the correct grill:
- you step onto the metal grill
- you tread carefully as you move forward
