Redirects[]

I noticed in your change you changed up some links. Whats the policy for hitting redirects?

Reference. There isn't an actual policy as far as I know, but I tend to avoid using them. I figure redirects are good for readers when they type an article name manually, but us editors can use the proper links. I think the only place I'm really ignoring this is for drop tables on monster pages where we use {{DropsTableLine}}. In those, instead of displaying the link with |Item=Air-Rune|Air rune I just use |Item=Air rune to standardize how all links look in a drop table. Doing the former would increase the code for most monster pages significantly and perhaps make things confusing for a new editor. It also gets me to see if a common-use spelling of an item has an appropriate redirect. Most people won't type "Rune battle Axe" even though that's the proper capitalization in game.
You can find a list of redirects at Special:ListRedirects.
